I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of their family. Secondly, the hotel's location in a quiet village along the Via Spluga was perfect, with a beautiful view over the lake. Lastly, the rooms had balconies, allowing me to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
